• All items Ship from New York, Ohio, California, or Texas unless otherwise noted.

• All shoes that are shipped from INSTYLESHOES.com are doubled boxed - meaning your shoes will be placed inside a discrete plain brown box to protect the sneaker box.

• We are not responsible for shipping errors and delays cause by adverse weather conditions, or the fault of UPS / USPS .

• Tracking information for your order will be emailed out as the order ships.
    EXCEPTION: If you did not create an account (checked out as Guest), you may not receive tracking information.

• Depending on your spam/bulk mail settings, our status emails may end up there. Please make sure to check this folder for our emails before contacting us.

• All items are insured for the exact purchase amount

• Most items ship within 24 hrs of placing the order and payment has cleared, there are a few exceptions (i.e. -  international orders & PO Box Orders)
  • Exception is if an item goes on backorder, in this case you will be notified of this asap and given an estimate ship date
  • Backorders rarely happen, but sometimes they do, we do apologize for the delay and will fill your order as quickly as possible , Our fill rate on orders is about 98%

Lost or Damaged Shipping Policy

• Due to the high volume of fraud, this shipping policy is strictly enforced.
• Once an order leaves our warehouse, the SHIPPING COMPANY (i.e. UPS, Post Office, etc.) becomes the responsible party. 
• If your shipment is lost or damaged, we will file all paperwork necessary to start an investigation with the shipping company. We will make EVERY effort to recover your loss for you. 
• A replacement or refund will not be given until the investigation is complete and a claim has been issued and paid.
